Shocking Decline in Rancho Santa Fe Property Values

An independent survey obtained by Rancho Santa Fe Association News, conducted by First American Title, revealed a shocking decline in Rancho Santa Fe property values. Over the last ten years the average value of properties inside the protective Covenant have decreased by 16.7% – nearly $1 million per home. Conversely, property values for homes located in the neighboring Bridges community have increased by 12.9%.
