Questions of Replacement Ballots for Association Board Answered

With less than a week to go before the close of the Rancho Santa Fe Association Board election, residents are eager to turn out at the polls. On June 3 resident Jack Queen sent an email to Covenant members alleging they could re-vote by requesting a replacement ballot from him.

Board member, Ann Boon, requested clarification from Ivan Holler. He offered a response promptly. Read the exchange below:
